FM Conway is seeking an experienced

Business Change Manager

to join our fast-growing Business Transformation and Technology Team. This role will play a key part within the Business Transformation team, influencing our approach to project benefits, delivery and interaction with stakeholders and user communities. This is a brand-new role which will allow you to build and maintain a professional, forward thinking and dynamic change management function. You will be working closely with project sponsors and product owners from across the business. This is a permanent, full time position based from our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent. The duties of the role will include:

Leading and managing change initiatives as part of the Business Transformation team from initial planning through to implementation Working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and priorities Supporting the change delivery approach from a business and user community impact perspective Developing and implementing new change management processes and systems that increase change satisfaction levels and enhance the customer change journey Driving and adopting new ways of working across the business, ensuring the appropriate education, training and support to staff is available Maintaining project plans, risk assessments and status reports to effectively manage change initiatives What skills and experience do you need?

You will be an ambitious, passionate and influential

Business Change Manager

with proven experience leading and managing change projects within a large organisation. It is important that you have experience managing change across a varied workforce and can confidently engage with people at all levels. To be considered for this role you will hold a Business Change Management certification from APMG, Prosci or equivalent. What benefits will you receive?
