Your responsibilities are: - Meeting with company Owners and Directors, guiding them to craft meaningful personal and business objectives, drive transformative organizational changes, implement innovative sales and marketing strategies, enhance financial management practices, develop robust business processes and systems, foster exceptional teams and a vibrant business culture, and prepare for exciting expansion or lucrative business sales. - Responsible for your own client generation, taking the clients from Prospect all the way through to a great performing business.
