Role:
Partner with Leaders:
Work closely with stakeholders and line managers to identify the training and coaching needs of individuals and teams. Deliver Tailored Solutions:
Recommend and implement structured training and coaching activities designed to meet key objectives. Conduct Training Sessions:
Deliver training in various formats, including classroom sessions, team meetings, and one-on-one coaching. On-the-Job Support:
Accompany team members during telephony or webchat sessions and provide actionable verbal and written feedback. Induction Programs:
Facilitate Sales Operations Training for new hires. Evaluate and Improve:
Produce evaluation reports, recommend strategic improvements, and implement solutions to enhance team performance.
Person:
Experience in a coaching/mentoring capacity is essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Facilitation or training experience is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and foster growth. Sales or customer service experience with a proven track record of success. A solid understanding of policies. Confidence in having tough conversations to drive performance improvement.
