As a Business Controller within our Buying Office, you generate sustainable sales growth and profitability for your departments both short- and long-term through commercial analysis, action, and leadership. In this role, you will drive the goals through coaching and guiding the team through controlling aspects. What you will do: Setting and executing the strategy together with the Buyer and Assortment planner for your department. Managing the planning and buying process identifying areas of opportunity for future seasons and ensuring alignment with financial plans. A solid understanding of financial planning (WSSI or similar), ability to identify selling trends and effectively communicating risks and opportunities to the team. Regularly analyse sales, seek opportunities and initiate actions together with the team. Initiate actions based on the analysis to optimize sustainable sales growth and profitability. Follow up on goals, planning and actions with the buying team. Be a vital part and a strong informal leader of the section. Demonstrate interest in customers, products, and assortment of your department/concept. Develop and implement strong buying methods and decision-making models. Educate buyers and buying assistants in methods, salesmanship, Excel, and general tools. Communicate and advise your team with concise analyses and financial insights. Qualifications

Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP and working with pivot tables. Highly analytical and results-oriented, with a strong business acumen. Excellent communicator with confident presentation skills. A genuine interest in the fashion industry and working in a dynamic, creative environment. Strong influencing skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. An educational background in retail financial planning, business, or finance beneficial. Additional Information
