The UK has a diverse portfolio consisting of over 60 projects, with 6GW in Development and 500MW in Construction across the Grid Services, Solar, Wind and Pumped Storage Technologies. This position involves analysing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. The Business Controller will work closely with various VPs across the Statkraft Business to ensure financial goals are met and to drive continuous improvement in financial performance. As a Business Controller in the Europe Finance Region 1 BP Team, you’ll: Manage our reporting on Development and Construction Assets on a monthly basis working to tight deadlines and presenting the reports to management in the relevant Committee meetings. Lead on Business Planning and Forecast on a quarterly basis for the Development and Construction Assets. Manage the PowerBi Dashboard to track the evolution of the project pipeline, and assess value creation from quarter to quarter which involves monthly reporting of project spend and activities to Project Managers. Assist the Development and Construction team in preparing project budgets and charters and decision gate (Financial Investment Decision) papers. Assist in the preparation of Quarterly Business Review packs for the EF Business Area- with a special focus on the UK. Prepare and submit Quarterly Liquidity Forecast for the whole of Europe UK Business. Assist with any queries from Auditors on Development and Construction SPVs. Close collaboration with other business controllers within the Region 1. Provide ad hoc assistance on large M&A transactions. Qualifications

University degree in accountancy, finance or similar. Advanced knowledge desired on applications including SAP, Share-point, MS Excel and other MS applications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of the energy sector is a plus.
