• Supporting the recruitment, onboarding and development of new consultants as the account grows, ensuring the team has the right capability to deliver ongoing and future work.

Skills and requirements

• Business Manager We are seeking a Business Manager with a background and experience in installation, commissioning and/or operating plant and equipment within a highly regulated in.
• Handson experience in construction, commissioning, or operations roles, ideally within nuclear or comparable largescale industrial settings.
• Many of our UK projects require high-level security clearance, meaning we can often only consider candidates with an existing, indefinite right to work in the UK.

Confirmed role details

• Commercial awareness, including experience with utilisation, pricing, profitability or account/contract growth.
• Reside locally to the South West region, or be prepared to relocate, as this permanent role does not include travel expense coverage.
