This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver a diverse and inclusive College Knowledge Exchange strategy in partnership with key colleagues across London College of Communication (LCC). The post holder will provide strategic leadership, management, support and coordination of student- and research-led Knowledge Exchange activities, working in close collaboration with LCC's Dean of Research and Knowledge Exchange and Associate Dean of Knowledge Exchange. The post holder will advocate for Knowledge Exchange across the three LCC Schools (Media, Screen, Design), supporting the growth of income generation as well as preparing and managing exercises such as the Knowledge Exchange Framework (KEF) and the College contribution to UAL's HE-BCIS return.

The role takes responsibility for the development and promotion of social justice, diverse and inclusive learning environments, and sustainability. It provides support to designated programme teams in their engagement with and development of a high-quality academic culture and good practice in relation to Knowledge Exchange.

The role will manage the team that oversees and supports graduate start-ups, including Graduate Futures Manager and Graduate Futures Coordinator.

About you To be considered for this role, you will need to have significant experience of, and expertise in, knowledge exchange. You will have demonstrable understanding of the funding mechanisms and processes to support Knowledge Exchange activity.

You will have understanding and experience of research-led knowledge exchange, as well as knowledge and experience of work-based curriculum development and employability. Equally important will be your fluency in crafting appropriate communications for diverse audiences and fostering an environment that makes change happen.
