Role & Responsibilities
Require candidates for Business Development with proven ability to develop business.
Develop the business of the company by enrolling new members.
Guide the members properly while enrolling for new chits.
Ensure submission of proper documentation by members at the time of enrolments.
Maintain cordial relations with the members.
Work towards achieving the targets set by the Manager / Management of the company.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote our Chit Fund services.
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-study.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Proven track record of 2-5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sales.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a history of exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of investment products and financial services regulations.
Self-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Telugu languages.
