Business Development (BD) Business Partner

within our dynamic Marketing team, supporting the expanding Marrons brand. If you have solid business development experience, specifically in the property sector (architecture/conveyancing/planning), this is your chance to take your career to the next level. Key Responsibilities

Lead dynamic business development initiatives, collaborating with our legal partners at Shakespeare Martineau. Be the vital link between fee-earning teams and marketing specialists, driving cohesion and results. Coach and inspire partners and fee earners to achieve their business development goals. Take charge of key account planning, ensuring our strategies align with our growth vision. Identify new target markets and help develop bold, go-to-market strategies in collaboration with our marketing team. Lead important sales and business development meetings to keep the momentum going. Build relationships with clients and prospects, introducing them to our talented teams and services. Utilize CRM systems and client analytics to unlock new work opportunities. Identify and leverage referral opportunities to expand our network and influence. Research partnership and sponsorship opportunities, working with the wider team to bring events and activations to life.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Proven experience as a business development manager, ideally in property, or have some experience working in a property role. A passion for driving business growth and an eye for opportunity. Exceptional relationship-building skills at all levels. A talent for engaging and influencing others, bringing colleagues onboard with new ideas. Strong self-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. A track record of turning strategy into successful action. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. A creative mindset, full of ideas and ready to take initiative. Excellent written and presentation skills.
