Business Development Consultant - Healthtech Sector Suitable for:

Someone with B2B business development or sales experience or someone with previous experience of generating new clients within the healthtech or recruitment sector. Location:

East Keswick LS17 (commutable to/from Leeds, Wetherby and Harrogate). Onsite car parking available and there is a direct bus route to/from Leeds/Wetherby. Salary:

Essential Experience / Attributes Required: Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Business Development Consultant or Sales Executive type role. Experience in B2B sales (preferably with Healthtech companies) is essential. Skills:

Excellent communication, client relationship building, computer skills (i.e. LinkedIn), negotiation, and presentation skills. Attributes:

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Desirable: Experience working within Recruitment, Healthtech or the IT sales sector is highly desirable. Ideally you will have a UK driver’s license with access to a vehicle. Key Responsibilities: Identify New Business Opportunities:

Research and identify potential clients and markets to expand the company’s reach. Attend client meetings and networking events. Develop sales strategies. Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Sales and Marketing:

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company’s recruitment services. Negotiation:

Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure business deals. Market Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Collaboration:

Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to senior management. To apply:
