About the role Reverse Marketing of identified engaged job-ready clients to provide employment opportunities. This will be targeted and result in either job match or job creation. Utilise a variety of methods to actively & regularly engage with job-ready clients across the region including on or offsite and remote. Maintain up to date and relevant Labour Market Information and develop strategies to support and meet demands of shortage sectors. Provide support and advice to employers on training and ongoing employment support provided from MatchWorks including departmental wage subsidies and incentives. Management of vacancies attained from employers including; vacancy assessment, advertising, pre-screening and referring of suitable candidates. About you We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic

Employer Engagement Partner . We are after someone who can provide a high level of customer service and engagement to assist those in the community with various barriers to employment to find suitable work. This is an exceptionally rewarding position where no two days will be the same. EXPERIENCE and/or SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE: Proven ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients, peers, and relevant agencies. Ability to assess labour market demand and supply and build strategies to address this. Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills. Demonstrated high level professionalism, attention to detail and compliance focused. Ability to interpret contractual guidelines and apply as appropriate. Ability to work within stringent KPIs and demonstrated experience in exceeding targets. Proven ability to manage time and workloads effectively to business priorities in a challenging environment. Sound computer literacy and data management skills. Satisfactory completion of Police Check/s. Current Drivers Licence. DESIRABLE Qualifications in Employment Services or Marketing would be advantageous. Solid experience in Employment Services and an understanding of strategies to address barriers to employment. Knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices and procedures. Why us?
