Actively prospecting and identifying new business leads in the care sector. Selling apprenticeships level 2-5 in Health & Social Care to customers. Researching potential clients and new business opportunities within your region. Networking with local partners and clients to uncover new business opportunities. Travelling to meet potential clients and partners to explore new business prospects. Setting up and leading meetings and presentations to convert potential clients. Tracking and managing new business opportunities using our CRM system. Collaborating with the local team to prioritise new business generation and support enrolment targets. Role Requirements:
Sold apprenticeships, AEB or Training. Ideally into the Care sector - Care Homes, Community Care, and the wider sector. Excellent people skills. Experience of new business development and lead generation. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A natural analytical person who can take initiative and is self-motivated. Initiative-taking and able to “get going” without prompting. Attention to detail and pride in their work. Able to learn and absorb information, processes, and procedures. Salary:
£25,000k-£45k Basic (+ Uncapped, no threshold Commission OTE 50% of base in year 1, 100%+ in year 2 onwards) Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:45pm, Friday 8:45am - 12pm NB. Your employment with the Company will be conditional upon receipt of a satisfactory DBS check and references.
