Contact businesses using CRM data to generate new sales opportunities for the field sales team. Follow up on prospect data, inbound leads, and marketing campaigns to nurture a long-term sales pipeline. Update CRM records with key details such as decision-makers, suppliers, and contract periods. Leverage tools, social media, and news channels to identify opportunities and position services effectively. Drive activity to meet and exceed KPIs and collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional client service. About You:
Previous sales experience, ideally in a telephone-based role or customer service/retail environment. Strong customer service skills and familiarity with the sales process. Confident, charismatic communicator with the ability to learn and adapt quickly. Educated to a minimum of GCSE Level, with Maths and English essential. Organised, driven, and eager to develop your career in a dynamic and collaborative team.
