THE ROLE In this senior leadership position, you’ll develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the company’s footprint. You’ll build and nurture relationships with OEM clients, explore new markets, and lead a small, high-performing team. This hands-on role also involves shaping marketing efforts and ensuring the company remains a trusted partner for its customers.
ABOUT YOU Extensive technical sales experience, particularly with OEM clients. A deep understanding of heavy industries, including their regulatory and operational requirements. Strategic and data-driven, with experience managing sales teams and creating marketing initiatives. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Hands-on, customer-facing and able to develop customer relationships.
