An experienced Business Development Executive with at least 3 years of experience of generating leads for external sales is needed to join our team at Incognate on a full-time or part-time basis.

About the Role


As a Business Development Executive your primary focus will be on prospecting and generating leads across client campaigns. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential customers, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to drive qualified opportunities for our clients.


Our REACH approach combines the deployment of engaging content, sending LinkedIn connection and conversational messaging, and automated persona focused emails to increase lead scores and establish a warmer outreach.


 Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with senior contacts, including C-Level executives in various organisations globally.
  • Driving engagement through LinkedIn, email, and telephone calls, with the aim of generating both face-to-face and virtual meetings for our clients.
  • Involved in multiple campaigns and work with various clients to follow up and deliver pre-created messaging to key personas, which involves focused, positive, outbound activity at the right time to deliver results.
  • Accurately report on and update our CRM system to provide intelligence on prospects and pipeline for our clients.


Required Skills:

  • Confidence and outgoing personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with senior contacts.
  • Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using Office365 and its components, particularly Teams and Microsoft Office applications, is crucial, as they are extensively used in our operations.
  • Ability to communicate and deliver high-quality opportunities to our clients.
  • Strong ability to communicate at all levels and have a good understanding of key motivators.
  • Strong time management and organisation skills are crucial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team with a positive and assertive approach is essential.
  • Resilience and persistence


Required Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B Business Development Executive
  • You must excel at influencing and have a proven track record of lead generation using the telephone, email and linkedIn
