About the Agency As a local agency of NFU Mutual, we deliver a first-class service and sell their product range across our region to customers old and new, who are at the core of everything we do. We champion the personal approach to customer service that NFU Mutual is famous for. An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the North Hampshire Agency. About the Role: As a Business Development Executive for our Commercial Insurance products, you will play a key role in driving our continued expansion into the Commercial Market. This incorporates the farming, retail, motor trade, and many other sectors. We also provide Financial Planning services. Your duties and responsibilities will include: Actively prospecting and selling to target commercial clients, building long-term trusting relationships with key decision makers. Cross-selling the full range of NFU Mutual products, including financial services and risk management services. Managing your own sales pipeline using our Customer Relationship Management tool. Undertaking face-to-face/telephone reviews of existing clients to secure renewal. Handling day-to-day enquiries, preparation, and negotiation of renewals. About You

We are looking for someone with the following attributes: Two years’ experience in a B2B development role – essential. Experience in a regulated B2B role - desirable. Proven track record of prospecting, generating, and converting leads to business. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decision makers at all levels. Good organisational skills - able to proactively manage a prospects/client pipeline. A confident individual who can work well within a team environment but can also focus on their own and team targets. Qualifications and Experience:

Educated to degree level – desirable. Professional Financial Services qualification - desirable. Maths and English GCSE Grade 4-9 (or equivalent), please clearly state all individual qualifications on your application - essential. CRM experience, particularly with MS Dynamics or Salesforce. Full driving licence required - essential. Our Commitment to You:
