We are an NSI Gold and BAFE approved business and have a well-established client base both of domestic and commercial customers spanning across Scotland and the rest of the UK Due to ongoing growth across our business we are actively seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to drive new business and existing business within our existing portfolio of clients as well a further growing our customer base across the country, the role will be based from our head office in Glasgow and require travel nationwide to survey and sell our products and services to new clients. Main Duties: Driving new business activity across the CCTV, Door access, fire and intruder alarms sectors Building effective and long-term business relationships within the market. Targeting potential UK clients within a variety of sectors, with the aim of driving and securing new business. Managing time effectively across the business by calling potential new clients, networking, client visits, lead generation through to pitching for and securing new business Ensuring the account management of all major accounts across the business Implement best practice procedures to ensure clients receive a first class customer experience Creating and development of an effective sales strategy for the business To be considered for this position you will have at least 2-3 years previous experience within a sales or business development type role ideally with the security sector or similar industry. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing proactive individual who possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels. Due to the nature of the role travel to various sites throughout the country is required so a valid UK driving license is essential for the position. Job Type: Full-time Pay: £26,000.00-£40,000.00 per year Additional pay: Bonus scheme Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: Sales: 3 years (required) Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person
