Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the UK BPO industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and establishing strong relationships with prospective clients, focusing on selling tech-driven CX solutions to organizations looking to enhance their contact center operations through innovative technologies or outsourcing solutions. Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK but will need to travel to the London office once or twice a month. Responsibilities:

Identify, target, and win new logo business opportunities in the UK market. Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive lead generation and networking efforts. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and organizational goals. Understand client requirements and design tailored solutions that integrate tech-driven CX strategies and BPO services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for prospects. Lead the creation of customized proposals, including financial models and implementation plans. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes within the contact center and BPO sectors. Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across multiple industries. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and credibility. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in selling contact center technology or BPO solutions. Strong understanding of tech-driven CX solutions and their application within the contact center and BPO industries. Proven ability to prospect and sell to C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software to manage pipelines and track performance. Day-to-day:

Work from home position with significant travel required to meet clients, attend industry events, and support sales initiatives.
