Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with our restaurant partners, ensuring their satisfaction and continued engagement with our platform.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract new partners and drive increased order volumes.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform our business strategies and stay ahead in the competitive food delivery landscape.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, product development, and customer service to support business development initiatives.
Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, continuously optimizing our strategies to drive growth and success.
Engage with restaurant partners to understand their marketing requirements and opportunities for collaboration.
Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into customer preferences and industry trends, presenting findings to internal stakeholders and clients.
Recommend strategic changes based on research findings to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Brief advertising teams on campaign objectives and monitor campaign progress to ensure effective implementation and maximum impact.
Qualifications:
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
