Position Overview: This role, based in Colchester, focuses on new business prospecting, lead generation, and client qualification to drive trailer sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify new business opportunities , qualifying leads and supporting the sales team’s success Build and nurture client relationships, qualifying database contacts , analysing fleet sizes, and identifying key decision-makers Collaborate closely with the face-to-face (F2F) team to transition clients for discovery calls and further consultative discussions Maintain accurate, organised records within the CRM to support follow-up and monitor KPI progress Requirements Confident Communicator : Skilled in phone-based communication, with an engaging, customer-first approach Results-Driven : Self-motivated, thriving in a target-driven environment with minimal micromanagement Collaborative : Participate in daily sales huddles, regular one-on-one meetings, and provide updates on KPI progress Hungry, Humble, and Smart : The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, down-to-earth, and quick-thinking
