You will be joining the Business Development (BD) team at Marex Solutions, one of the four segments of Marex Group. The role is split 50/50 between BD and Global Market Strategy.
You will support the BD and marketing efforts to help meet quarterly and annual targets. You will produce and coordinate collateral to brand standard, working across marketing initiatives from social media, email and the website, keeping track of performance metrics, as well as daily administrative tasks.
You will also support the Global Market Strategist with basic research, copywriting and researching publication opportunities, and proofreading. You will also produce presentations, create excel charts, and report on data performance.
Responsibilities:
Support the Business Development team with:
Collateral production and coordination to brand standard
Marketing initiatives on social media, email, and the website
Merch orders and distribution
Data performance reporting
Daily administrative tasks
Support the Global Market Strategist with:
Basic research with a macro angle
First draft copywriting, generating writing ideas for trades and reports
Scouting publication opportunities
Basic excel charting/PowerPoint/visual content presentation
Data performance reporting
Skills and Experience:
Studies in Business, Economics, Finance, Maths, Marketing, or a related field
Interest in B2B for financial services, a basic understanding of derivatives and structured products is preferred
Native English written & spoken (additional language an advantage: French, Italian, German, Portuguese)
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Analytical skills and statistics, a strong Excel ability is desired
Experience with LinkedIn, WordPress, Adobe Suite, a plus
