Role Context:

SES are seeking a safety-focused, high-performing Business Development Specialist to lead incentivized growth of our customer base across all locations. The role will be critical in developing new customer relationships, meeting customer delivery expectations, and delivering specific and assigned revenue growth via attainment of new long-term agreements while keeping SES both competitive and innovative. This role will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, developing and delivering on business development sales strategies in line with wider business strategies, goals, and priorities. You'll be:

Accountable for achieving business growth and exceeding sales targets with key deliverables of successfully onboarding new clients on a predefined and regular basis. Designing, implementing, and delivering a measurable, rolling strategic business growth strategy that aligns with the business goals and expands SES’ external customer base. Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them to understand their needs. Leading and growing SES’ sales team, being accountable for SES’ communications, social media accounts, and the development of a social media plan. Accountable for onboarding new customers per Worley’s system, presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports along with realistic forecasts to Senior Management. Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of direct competition and new products. Supporting ITT opportunities as defined by Senior Management. You'll have:

High energy individual with the keenness and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships. Prior experience working within a Sales or Business Development position. Ability to self-manage & proven ability to drive the sales process from strategy to close. Knowledge of the hire industry, ideally with experience in equipment to support construction activities. Proven successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Flexibility to travel regularly and at short notice. Moving Forward:
