We are excited to present an opportunity for a Business Development Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract covering the East Midlands region. This remote position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting professional qualifications and services within the accountancy sector, building lasting relationships, and driving growth for the organisation across the region. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the East Midlands region, ensuring they are informed of key developments.
Develop strategies to maximise client growth and increase engagement with students and employers.
Identify and target new clients, providing presentations and leading conversations to influence training and recruitment decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders such as training providers to drive lead generation and conversions.
Support senior business development managers in executing the broader business development strategy and increasing market presence.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Proven experience in business development and account management ideally in the accountancy sector.
Knowledge within education, training, accountancy, or professional services is also highly advantageous.
Strong communication skills, with familiarity using digital meeting platforms such as Teams.
