The Role : As the Business Development Manager for Aisle Master, you’ll focus on forging relationships with mid-to-large fleet customers nationwide. You’ll tap into existing market insights, generate leads, and engage multiple levels of key decision-makers to deliver solutions that improve their materials handling operations. From initial prospecting and site assessments to product demonstrations and finalising deals, you’ll own the entire sales process, backed by a high-quality support team and an industry-leading product range. Key Points of Interest : Strategic Sales Focus: Identify, target, and win new business opportunities for Aisle Master equipment among substantial, growth-focused customers. Consultative Approach: Understand each customer’s operational workflows and warehouse environments, offering tailored solutions to maximise efficiency and value. Hands-On Execution: Conduct site visits, coordinate product demos, refine specifications, and collaborate with internal sales coordinators and support teams to ensure smooth delivery. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain multi-level relationships within customer organisations, ensuring ongoing commercial support, account health, and long-term satisfaction. Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, using data and your proven sales acumen to prioritise high-quality, sustainable opportunities. What We’re Looking For : Proven track record in B2B sales and account management, ideally within materials handling, warehousing, capital equipment, logistics, or related industries. Proven experience driving strategic sales growth and managing multi-layered stakeholder relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to converse at all levels of an organization. Familiarity with CRM systems and intermediate proficiency in MS Office. A proactive, results-driven mindset, backed by robust planning and execution capabilities.
