About The Role: As a Business Development Manager at Idenfo, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our footprint in the UK and showcasing our value proposition to potential clients. You'll drive strategic initiatives to unlock new business opportunities and foster growth. Key Responsibilities: Generating a robust pipeline through inbound & outbound activities and events. Develop innovative lead generation strategies tailored to target audiences using various channels. Qualify leads meticulously to ensure alignment with ideal customer profiles and sales potential. Engage potential clients through strategic outreach methods, presenting our products effectively. Customize pitches highlighting the unique benefits of product offerings. Transform leads into satisfied customers through diverse approaches, such as online calls or in-person visits to prospective clients, ensuring successful outcomes. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services. Collaborate with leadership to develop growth strategies based on market analysis. Set ambitious sales targets, monitor progress, and adapt strategies accordingly. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards. Monitor key sales metrics to refine strategies and optimize outcomes. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales (preferably SaaS sales), business development, or related roles, preferably in the Fintech sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Self-motivated, resilient, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to work within a startup. Knowledge of the UK market and regulatory environment is desirable.
