Salary:

£32,000 - £38,000 per annum + generous commission We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts within the automotive sector (light and heavy vehicles). You’ll tailor your approach to client needs, building strong relationships and positioning Paragon Skills as the preferred apprenticeship provider. Key Responsibilities: Meet and exceed apprenticeship targets for automotive, ensuring eligibility and progress are met. Conduct reviews with employers and learners to ensure qualification progress. Develop and implement a lead-generation plan for SME organizations. Provide consultative support to clients, offering tailored apprenticeship solutions. Advise clients on the apprenticeship levy and guide them through the delivery process. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
