Business Development Manager (Automotive Apprenticeships) Location:

Remote (with travel between Portsmouth and Weymouth) Salary:

£32,000 - £38,000 per annum + generous commission We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts within the automotive sector (light and heavy vehicles). You'll tailor your approach to client needs, building strong relationships and positioning Paragon Skills as the preferred apprenticeship provider. Key Responsibilities: Meet and exceed apprenticeship targets for automotive, ensuring eligibility and progress are met. Conduct reviews with employers and learners to ensure qualification progress. Develop and implement a lead-generation plan for SME organizations. Provide consultative support to clients, offering tailored apprenticeship solutions. Advise clients on the apprenticeship levy and guide them through the delivery process. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels. Requirements Proven experience in apprenticeship sales, particularly in light and heavy vehicles. Target-driven with a strong focus on KPIs. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Office 365 and CRM software. Experience managing accounts and presenting to decision-makers. A strong commercial mindset and business acumen. Additional Information: A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are required. Flexibility in working hours and occasional overnight stays are necessary. Note: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and the role may close early.
