What we need from you 

As a Business Development Manager for GLENN, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base with your primary objective to generate new business.


This is a mainly field-based role working in the Northampton to London region meting and presenting our services to potential new customers. with a day a week in our Bedford office.


Requirements 

•Proven track record of successful sales experience in the cleaning industry or related service sector.

•Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

•Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

•Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

•Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
