Overview : We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team covering the entire Life Science portfolio. As a global leader in biological and in vitro products for pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations, we are at the forefront of scientific innovation, specializing in control and disease state matrices derived from human and animal blood, plasma, and serum. Role Summary: You will be representing our extensive range of products and services. With a thorough knowledge of our offerings, you will focus on engaging clients in sectors such as start-ups, small to medium-sized biotechnology firms, and pharmaceutical companies. Your primary goal will be to serve as the main point of contact for clients, driving growth and seizing opportunities within key accounts. With comprehensive training and continuous support, you will become an authority on our products, ensuring exceptional client engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: - Build and nurture customer relationships within your designated territory. - Develop and execute strategies to diversify account business and meet sales objectives. - Gather market insights and pinpoint growth opportunities. - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape. - Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and uphold an organized customer database. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related field. - A minimum of 4 years of commercial experience in life sciences, preferably within microbiology, biology, or biochemistry. - Familiarity with the drug discovery process and laboratory experience is a plus. - Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and internationally (up to 60% of the time).
