What You Will Do:
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the tool sales market, focusing on engineering companies, manufacturers, and end-users. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, building long-term partnerships. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product and service solutions to meet their needs. Conduct regular site visits and attend client meetings, providing technical product advice and demonstrations when required. Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and progress against targets. Negotiate pricing and terms of sale, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and customers.
What You Will Bring:
Proven experience in a field-based sales role, ideally within the tool sales, engineering, or technical product sector. Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently to achieve sales targets. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
