Up to £70,000 + commission An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a boutique lender based in Mayfair, London. Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business generation and work closely with the Founders to identify and develop opportunities with high-value business intermediaries. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and secure unregulated bridging loan opportunities from brokers in England and Wales, with a focus on the M25 region. Achieve monthly target completions of £1.5m. Build and maintain strong broker relationships, offering exceptional service levels. Conduct face-to-face meetings with brokers and clients. Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings. Act as a brand ambassador to enhance the company's reputation in the market. Collaborate with internal Underwriters to follow up on new enquiries and pipeline applications. Maintain broker contact details and key performance indicators in the CRM system. Organize networking events and seminars to build relationships and promote the brand. Stay up to date with property finance trends and market news to identify potential risks and opportunities. Prepare account management plans for brokers and intermediaries. Provide regular updates and reports to the Head of Origination. Key Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of the UK property finance industry, particularly in bridging finance. Existing broker relationships and a proven track record of completing at least £1m in loans per month. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a business development role with a non-bank property lender. Commitment to delivering first-class customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
