Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager focuses on manage relationships with optical practices and key stakeholders across the south west region.
What the role involves
- Manage relationships with optical practices and key stakeholders across the South West region.
- Delivering training, education and coaching programmes to clinicians and practice teams.
- Supporting customers in identifying and implementing growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute customer-specific business plans.
- Influence clinical and commercial decision-making through consultative engagement.
- Collaborate with internal commercial and clinical teams to achieve territory objectives.
Skills and requirements
- GOC-registered Optometrist, Contact Lens Optician (CLO) or Dispensing Optician (DO), or Strong Optical Experience.
- Ability to manage a large geographical territory effectively.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience within optical sales, account management, business development or training.

- £50,000 Basic Salary + £12,000 Annual Bonus (OTE £62,000) + Company Car + Comprehensive Benefits Package.
- Acting as a strategic partner rather than a transactional salesperson.
