Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Drive new business wins and put together proposals. Develop and execute on a sales strategy. Lead the negotiation and closing of opportunities. Financial Management: Run operations at multiple accounts. Understand common approaches to working with procurement organizations across client sizes and industries. Industry Experience: Demonstrate expertise, passion, and thought leadership driving transformation in the consulting & technology industry. Client Relationships: Work closely with internal business leaders. Manage partnerships with clients at the C-level, mitigating risk when issues arise. Portfolio Management: Create an account plan for high complexity, multi-market accounts. Public Relations: Promote BBGC via social media channels and by attending/speaking at industry events. Requirements: Experience in a business development role in a technology services/consultancy firm. Relevant experience working with the technology industry, either in-house and/or consulting industry. Experience managing sales for complex digital transformational programs that include people, processes, and technology. Hands-on contract negotiation experience with NDAs, MSAs, & SOWs. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong English writing skills & experience creating compelling content for presentations to clients. Experience overseeing client engagements & ability to influence consultants & stakeholders to desired outcomes. Awareness of industry best practices & thought leadership.
