As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
Identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets
Establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and exceptional service delivery
Staying ahead of industry trends, using insights to position Baker Goodchild as a trusted partner in the market
Proactively seeking out opportunities for growth, including upselling and cross-selling services
Key attributes required:
A strong track record in business development or sales, preferably in the print, mail, or communications industry
Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and building rapport with decision-makers at all levels
A motivated self-starter with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results
The ability to identify market opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs
Familiarity with CRM systems and a good grasp of digital communication trends
