Job Purpose: Join us as a Business Development Manager to help lead our growth across SME and Larger business portfolios. You'll drive new client relationships, boost revenues, and champion our products and services. You’ll be the expert, support the sales team, and play a key role in our success. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly 'New Business' targets by acquiring new accounts and nurturing existing ones. Identify and build relationships with clients through calls, networking, and referrals. Meet activity-based KPIs and work with decision-makers to develop strategic relationships. Deliver compelling presentations on all products and services. Efficiently manage contract negotiations and close deals. Stay informed on developments for accurate sales forecasting. Evaluate market information, competitor activity, and client responses for strategic sales approaches. Skills and Experience: Proven track record in B2B outbound selling in a technical / IT / software service environment (MSP). Success in high-growth, entrepreneurial team environments. Achievement of new business targets and exceeding KPIs. Effective networking, deal-closing, and after-sales management skills. Quick grasp of new technologies and their business value. Resilience and tenacity in a fast-paced environment. Positive, motivational personality with a big-thinking mindset.
