Achieve minimum daily call KPI targets. Conduct inbound/outbound telephone calls contacting business owners and directors of qualified prospective contacts to secure online meetings/presentations for Business Development Executives. Ensure the Business Development Executives have full diaries with quality meetings. Establish a strong working relationship with your Business Development Executives. The Key Skills of the Business Development Manager: Experience of working with a CRM system/computer is desirable. Willingness to continually develop sales skills, strategies, and techniques. Develop new business accounts and Up/Cross Selling skills. The ability to work on your own initiative. Customer service and rapport-building skills. Field Sales experience and face-to-face sales experience.
