3 days in/2 from home Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dynamic professional with a passion for driving business growth in the legal sector to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients as a Business Development Manager on a permanent basis at their London offices. The position will focus primarily on Litigation, with secondary responsibilities in Antitrust & International Competition and ESG. The role presents a great opportunity to join the growing BD team of one of London's top law firms. Key Responsibilities:
Implement and track business and action plans for the Litigation and international arbitration practice. Support cross-practice initiatives, identifying cross-selling opportunities and coordinating marketing campaigns. Identify and coordinate events, conferences, and speaking opportunities. Assist with content marketing strategy and execution, including web pages, client alerts, and blog posts. Utilize digital marketing tools and analytics to provide insights. Prepare directory submissions and manage client development expenses. Assist with new business pursuits, including research, proposals, and presentations. Work with the research team to provide updates on new business opportunities and market trends. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a marketing-related field; advanced degree or Masters is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience within a law firm environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
