Job Description As the Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Responsibility for the full sales cycle: prospecting, identifying & closing new business deals Creating a sales strategy and executing to deliver revenue targets Building/maintaining strong business relationships with a C-level counter-party on the client side to develop the business further The Successful Applicant The successful Business Development Manager candidate will have: At least 5 years of experience selling IT consulting and software development services in a "hunter" sales capacity with a demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition and market penetration Solid experience and track record of selling innovative digital solutions and technology consultancy Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work as part of a team with technical consultants and pre-sales support A Bachelor's or a Master's degree. Business, communication, or information technology (applications from other disciplines are also welcome) Existing network and vertical focus are a bonus Nice to have: Understanding of Financial Services, Travel Industry, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecom, IoT or Automotive industries A well-developed network of personal contacts Experience in software outsourcing Good understanding of software development processes and technologies What's on Offer £70k-£90k basic + 5% commission uncapped London based - hybrid working 25 days AL + bank holidays Private Medical and Dental Additional comprehensive benefits package
