£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with extensive expertise in selling and developing business opportunities within the telecom industry (UK Market). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth through the development of fixed networks, mobile networks, and ICT solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who is passionate about building lasting relationships and delivering innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business opportunities, build client relationships, and expand the company's reach. Engage with decision-makers to identify needs and opportunities for Fixed, Mobile, and ICT solutions. Self-manage your pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Telecom/IT industry at both the C-level and operational level. Qualifications and Skills: Proven UK experience (5+ years) in business development or sales within the telecom industry, specifically in fixed networks, mobile networks, and ICT solutions. Strong understanding of the telecom landscape, including emerging technologies and trends in the UK. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue and business growth. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
