Business Development Manager - Large Format Printed Graphics Location: Northwest Region Salary: Tailored package to suit the right candidate, including base salary, car or car allowance commission

Are you a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager looking to join a well-established, relaxed, and supportive team? Our client, a print manufacturing business specializing in large format printed graphics, is looking for someone to help grow their business and expand their impressive client base.

The Company

A trusted name in the industry—historically, all work has come through referrals and word of mouth. Specializes in events & exhibitions, retail campaigns, window displays, corporate events, and signage. Key clients include end users and agencies: major banks through to high-end footwear and global sports brands. A small but tight-knit team, including production, design, and support roles, creating a collaborative and laid-back office environment.

The Role

As the Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by: Identifying and winning new business opportunities across events, retail, and corporate sectors. Building strong relationships with clients, from agencies to major brands. Leveraging the company's in-house production capabilities (detailed plant list to be provided to suitable candidates). Developing and executing sales strategies to help the company expand its market presence. Collaborating with an experienced team including an Account Handler/Estimator, Artworker, and installation overseer to ensure seamless project delivery.

What We're Looking For

A proven track record in business development, ideally in large format printed graphics or related print industries. Strong knowledge of events, exhibitions, retail campaigns, or signage. A self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals. A personable, relaxed approach that fits the company's supportive and banter-filled culture. Local to the Northwest region, with some office presence preferred (flexibility offered by the Managing Director).

What's on Offer

A tailored remuneration package to match your skills and experience. The chance to work with a highly experienced, hands-off Managing Director who values trust and autonomy. A collaborative and relaxed workplace environment where you'll be part of a great team.
