develop client relationships, drive sales growth, and identify new business opportunities
within the industry. Salary
£35,000 - £40,000 Location
North West & surrounding areas Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with
construction industry clients , understanding their needs and challenges. Identify and
convert new business opportunities , proactively generating and qualifying leads. Attend
weekly industry networking events
to expand connections and enhance brand presence. Gain a deep understanding of
market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
within the construction sector. Ensure
high levels of customer satisfaction
through exceptional service and ongoing communication. Work closely with
internal teams
(sales, marketing, and customer support) to enhance business operations. Lead
contract negotiations , ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties. Represent the company at
conferences, trade shows, and industry events
to drive business growth. Requirements
Proven experience
in Sales and Business Development. Strong
knowledge of the construction sector . Excellent
relationship-building and client management skills . Confident
communication and presentation abilities . Tech-savvy , with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willingness to
attend networking events and meet with clients
