Company HSB Location London, United Kingdom Role: Business Development Manager Location: South East England Permanent Job Purpose: As a Business Development Manager, you will support the Premier Guarantee National Sales Manager to achieve sales and business targets as directed, and pro-actively identify and develop new accounts within a specified region while operating strictly within FCA Regulations. Key Responsibilities: Achieve agreed sales and business objectives relating to targeted growth. Assist in the development and implementation of the Sales & Marketing plan for the Premier Guarantee products. Develop key contacts at senior levels of major target organisations. Liaise with the National Sales Manager/Sales Director, providing regular updates on progress and development, while highlighting any potential issues. Make sales presentations to clients and work colleagues as required. Develop and maintain competitor and market knowledge. Provide product sales statistics and information on a weekly and ad hoc basis. Strictly adhere to the Company's selling practices and methods in accordance with FCA rules. Key Skills & Experience: A highly successful track record of setting and achieving sales targets. In-depth understanding of the insurance market and related products

Proven ability to persuade and influence. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to motivate self and influence others. Strong commercial and market awareness.
