To strengthen its market position within the greater London area, our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their evolving team, to take responsibility for managing and growing customer relationships within specific territories and sales channels in the construction waste industry. This role requires an analytical thinker who can identify opportunities for revenue growth, develop tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building long-term partnerships and achieving revenue targets. Required skills and experience: Proven sales management experience within construction. Management of the sales process from initial enquiry to project handover and post-sales support. Interpreting customer needs and providing suitable solutions meeting their specific applications. Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. Conducting market research; identifying customer trends and competitor activities. Delivering regular sales forecasting reports. To be successful within this position you must have exceptional skills to build, develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships, be able to identify business opportunities and deliver sustainable revenue and margin growth.
