Competitive salary and benefits package plus an annual car allowance of £5,500 Job Role We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth within the London region through a strong understanding of the residential property market and successfully building and maintaining relationships. Responsibilities: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to enhance the company's market position within the London region. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients to support business expansion and collaboration. Attend leading industry-related networking events. Work collaboratively with the Operation Team and Account Management Team to deliver flawless presentations to prospective clients. Generate and develop leads by building a strategic network of Property industry professionals and organisations. Build the sales pipeline for the London Region by pro-actively seeking opportunities for expansion. Work closely with the Head of Business Development to identify strategic partnership opportunities. Skills and Experience: You will be an experienced business development professional, with proven experience of successfully driving business growth, ideally within the property management industry. You will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be a confident and engaging presenter. You will be a strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities. You will be able to build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients. You will have an in-depth knowledge of property industry trends, market dynamics, and customer insights within the London area. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with marketing automation tools is advantageous. Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. Single PMI.
