Due to exceptional growth and ambitious plans, our client is thrilled to expand its team by adding a Business Development Manager. This key role will drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering relationships, and contributing to the company's overall success. As the Business Development Manager, you will be vital in sourcing, identifying, and closing new business deals. You'll sell a range of products and services to a diverse client base, building long-term relationships while delivering outstanding value. A proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs are essential. You will proactively research, network, and reach out to generate new business opportunities. You'll build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, conducting detailed consultations with potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals. You will present tailored solutions that align with client objectives and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting the benefits of the company's offerings. In addition, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organisations, serving as the primary point of contact for clients. You will effectively negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Experience and Qualifications:

Proven success in meeting or exceeding new business sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email, and general business software. Experience in a B2B sales environment. Self-motivated with a strong desire to excel and consistently hit targets. Strategic thinker with the ability to align goals with organisational objectives. Strong sense of accountability and integrity. Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional leadership, communication, sales, conflict resolution, and customer service skills. Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster open communication. Confidence and resilience in facing challenges. Strong team player with the ability to make independent decisions. Adaptability in managing change and uncertainty with a positive outlook. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel as required. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Business Development professional to make a meaningful impact within a growing organisation. In return, you will receive a competitive base salary of approximately 40k, along with uncapped commission.
