Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and revenue delivery Develop and implement effective sales strategies Set and monitor monthly KPIs for team members Lead and manage a dynamic, medium-sized sales team Run local initiatives to boost sales activity Report on team performance to senior Directors Oversee team hiring and career progression Ensure revenue targets align with budgeted revenue
Who You Are:
Seasoned leader with a proven track record in senior management roles Analytically sharp, adept at taking the initiative, and making sound commercial judgments An energetic and motivating presence, with the ability to inspire and drive teams to achieve targets Demonstrated success in conceiving and executing transformative strategies Exceptional skills in presentation, communication, and building valuable relationships Natural leader with a passion for coaching and team development Adaptable and quick to navigate new and changing situations Meticulously organized, with a talent for multitasking and effective prioritization
