Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs/week Territory : Greater London We at Advantage Smollan are looking for a passionate and tenacious person to work in our On Trade field sales team representing Greene King brands such as
Level Head ,
Hazy Day ,
Greene King IPA , and
Abbot . You’ll take ownership of your territory, driving sales and distribution of these fantastic brands within tenanted or free on-trade pubs. As a Business Development Manager, you will: Work directly with Greene King, employed by Advantage Smollan
Build strong relationships with key On Trade contacts Maximise brand awareness and educate on benefits of adding the Greene King draught portfolio to their range
Drive product sales and distribution
Drive product growth of the Greene King draught portfolio increasing product range on the bar Negotiate product placement and promotional displays, signage, and other marketing material to drive rate of sale
Collaborate with your team across the UK and local regional contacts
Share best practice Work together to achieve team KPIs in addition to your own individual targets
About you: Pub related experience Tenacious, never give up attitude! A motivated self-starter, ready to develop your skills Strong organisational skills (this will help you plan your diary) In return we will offer you: £28k/annum + 20% KPI-based bonus opportunity (up to £33,600 OTE) Development of your career with one of the biggest Brewers Full category
