Role Overview A dynamic, engaging, and experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities. Based in the UK, the role reports to the Commercial Director, with one day per week in the office and the rest working remotely or meeting clients. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, able to quickly make an impact, and focused on accelerating the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new revenue opportunities via cold outreach (phone, LinkedIn, events, etc.) Build and manage your own sales pipeline Handle inbound leads effectively Communicate the company’s value proposition to customers and demonstrate solutions clearly Present the product journey and technical solutions with ease Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure customer success and growth Provide accurate weekly sales reporting Meet quarterly revenue and other sales targets Actively promote the company through LinkedIn and other channels Work with Marketing to optimise inbound lead campaigns Offer insights and feedback to the Product department on customer pain-points Deliver online meetings Use BI tools like Qlik to present data and influence sales Required Skills & Experience
