We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our start-up company based in Brecon. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling user licenses for our SaaS-based cyberlearning platform, which includes certified Courses, a Cyber Range (playground), and Competitions (CTF) features. Your primary focus will be on securing bulk license deals, ranging from approximately 30 to 300 licenses at a time. This role requires international sales efforts, particularly targeting opportunities in the UAE and Japan, as well as the ability to travel within the UK. Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients, primarily targeting universities & colleges, corporates, the police (cybercrime units and general staff), and the armed forces (cyber protection troops and general staff). Present the features and benefits of our SaaS-based cyberlearning platform to prospective clients, emphasizing its value as a teaching tool, extra-curricular resource, and cyber awareness training solution. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. Negotiate and close bulk license deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both parties. Collaborate closely with the internal team to coordinate demonstrations, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information about the platform's capabilities. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our product in the market. Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets, both individually and as part of the sales team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management. Requirements:

Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or software industry. Strong understanding of the education sector, corporate training needs, and cyber security landscape. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with various stakeholders. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required, with a valid driver's license. Comfortable working in a small company environment, actively participating in various tasks and taking initiative to support the team's growth. Flexibility to adapt and take on additional responsibilities as the company expands. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Benefits:
