Job Summary: Step into the dynamic world of outbound sales with our Inside sales team, where each call presents an opportunity to connect with new clients. Ditch the rigid scripts and bring your own style to each interaction. As a valued team member, you'll not only reach out to potential clients but also engage in meaningful conversations that set the stage for valuable appointments and leads for our Account Managers. In this proactive role, you will conduct approximately 75 outbound calls per day to create new business opportunities. Additionally, you'll maintain our databases and handle other customer-focused duties, ensuring our systems run smoothly. Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break (40 hours per week). Experience and Skills Required: Ideally, we are looking for an individual with prior experience in office-based sales or customer service where you upsold. The ideal candidate will possess a confident phone demeanor, adept at swiftly establishing rapport and trust during phone interactions. You should demonstrate a business-oriented mindset and a proven track record of achieving targets. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with excellent administrative and organisational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as a reasonable level of computer literacy, is expected. If you excel on the phone and aren't afraid to make calls, you'll thrive in this role!
